Returns and Damaged Items

We check every item before your order leaves us and pack it with care. If something arrives damaged anyway, email us at hello@myecomark.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send you a replacement.
Home goods and accessories can be returned unused within 30 days of delivery. Email us at hello@myecomark.com and we’ll send you a prepaid return label. Once the item is back with us, we’ll refund what you paid for it. Original shipping isn’t refunded.
Personal care is final sale.
