Bee's Wrap

Food Wraps, 3-Pack, Bees & Bears

Food Wraps, 3-Pack, Bees & Bears

Three sizes, which covers most of what is in your fridge.

Small for a lemon half or a knob of ginger, medium for a block of cheese, large for a bowl. The warmth of your hands softens the wax enough to seal it, and it holds the shape as it cools.

  • Three wraps: small 7 x 8 inches, medium 10 x 11 inches, large 13 x 14 inches
  • Seals with the warmth of your hands
  • Bee's Wrap says a wrap lasts upwards of a year with regular care, after which it breaks down in a home compost pile (not certified compostable)
  • Organic cotton with beeswax, organic jojoba oil and tree resin
  • Contains beeswax, so not vegan
  • Wash in cool water with a little soap, air dry, and reshape with your hands. Keep it away from heat and raw meat.
  • Made in Middlebury, Vermont

The maker
Bee's Wrap is based in Middlebury, Vermont, and has made its food wraps there since 2012. It is a certified B Corporation, certified in 2019 with a score of 96 in the public B Lab directory, and a 1% for the Planet partner. Of every brand we vetted, it scored the highest.

Why it is on our shelf
A certification you can look up yourself beats a claim on a label. Bee's Wrap is in the public B Lab directory, makes its wraps in Vermont, and uses four ingredients we can name.

The swap
Assuming a household would otherwise use two standard 12 inch by 100 foot rolls of plastic wrap a year, this set replaces them in its first year.

Small choices add up.
